The study aimed to discern variations in balance information and user interactions when engaging with FPS games in different gaming setups.

✨ What I've done for this project (5 people team)✨

  • Set up the connection pipeline using WiiFit balance board to realtime collect users' balance data and send them to Unity VR.

  • Implemented the monsters appears patterns algorithm.

  • Collaborated with other developers to complete the tasks, met weekly and set up the transparent discussion and information sharing.

Take a look of our introduction video:

This is our course project, where we researched balance differences during VR FPS gameplay. We used the WiiFit Balance Board to record users' balance data and later analyzed it to determine if the pattern of monster generation impacts players' balance. We made the environment and boat by ourselves! :)
